Referna Adds AI Agent Access to Member Meeting Recaps Through MCP

New read-only integration lets members bring Referna meeting summaries into their own AI workflows

CLEVELAND, OH, UNITED STATES, October 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Referna, a referral network for independent professionals, has introduced a read-only integration that lets members access their own Referna live meeting recaps through a personal AI agent. The integration supports Model Context Protocol, or MCP, and an HTTP API.

Referna brings independent professionals into circles of peers who serve similar clients without competing directly. Members use the circles to build relationships, meet, and make relevant introductions. Their meeting recaps capture the context of those conversations. The new integration lets a member bring that context into an AI workflow they choose, without copying each recap by hand.

After creating an integration key in Referna Settings, a member can connect a compatible AI client to list available recaps and retrieve a specific recap. The returned material includes the member's personalized summary and agenda coverage. An agent can use that material to help the member review prior conversations, prepare for a follow-up meeting, or identify points the member wants to revisit. Members decide which AI client to connect and can revoke access when they no longer want to use it.

The integration is limited to the member's own recaps. Each request checks that the member participated in the meeting and was a recipient of the recap. Members can replace or revoke their key. The integration does not provide meeting recording files or full transcripts, and the current recap format does not promise a separate list of action items.
